1. About us and these terms

The website srcesadusom.com and the “Srce Sa Dušom” service are provided by Srce Sa Dušom (“we”).

These terms apply to everyone who uses the website: customers with an account and visitors who open profiles by scanning a plaque or following a link. By using the website you accept these terms.

This is a translation. If the versions differ, the Serbian version applies.

2. The service

The service consists of a physical QR plaque placed on a headstone and a public page (profile) dedicated to the deceased. The profile opens when the plaque is scanned or the link is followed, and shows the content added by the account owner: life story, photos, videos and the grave's location.

3. Your account

Ordering and editing a profile require an account. You must give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

4. Content you add

You add the profile's content (texts, photos and videos). By adding it you confirm that you have the right to publish it: you are the author or have the author's permission, and the people who can be recognised in photos and videos, or their family, do not object.

The content remains yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to store, process (for example resize photos) and display it on the profile, only to provide the service and only while the profile exists.

5. Prohibited content

• content that insults, degrades or spreads hatred, or is otherwise unlawful;
• other people's copyrighted work without permission;
• personal data of living people that puts their privacy at risk (for example ID numbers or health data);
• advertising and content unrelated to the deceased.

6. Reporting content

If you believe a profile contains prohibited content or infringes your rights, write to kontakt@srcesadusom.com with the profile link and a description. We remove content that breaks these terms and may close the account in serious cases.

7. Who can see a profile

Anyone who scans the plaque or has the link can see the profile. Profiles are not shown in search engines such as Google. Password protection for profiles is coming soon.

8. Availability

We work to keep profiles available without interruption, but cannot guarantee there will be no short outages for maintenance or faults. We do not change the address encoded in the plaque's QR code.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for content added by users or for damage caused by improper use of the website. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We tell account owners about important changes by email. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
