Terms of sale

1. Seller

This is a translation. If the versions differ, the Serbian version applies.

2. Product

A 5 × 5 cm plaque made of anodized aluminium with a laser-engraved QR code, resistant to rain, snow and sun. It comes with a profile of the deceased that you edit from your account, with no monthly subscription.

3. Price

The plaque with its profile costs €50 for delivery outside Serbia (6,000 RSD in Serbia).

Delivery is charged separately and depends on the destination. We tell you the delivery cost before shipping.

4. Ordering

You place an order by clicking “Order” and accepting these terms and the terms of use. The contract is concluded when we approve the order and confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example if delivery details are incomplete; we let you know by email.

5. Payment

Pay the courier on delivery, or by bank transfer. We send transfer details by email after approving the order.

6. Delivery

We deliver in Serbia and across Europe by courier. Delivery takes up to 5 working days from approval within Serbia; abroad it depends on the destination. If the parcel does not arrive within 30 days, you may cancel the contract.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the plaque, without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal by email or post (the form is on the “Complaints and withdrawal” page).

Return the plaque within 14 days of withdrawing; you pay the return cost. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

8. Conformity and complaints

We are liable for non-conformity for two years from delivery. The procedure is on the “Complaints and withdrawal” page.

9. Disputes

We try to settle disputes by agreement. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution before a body listed by the Serbian Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade.
